Craft Based Design Project is a 7th semester curriculum at NIFT.We recently visited to the Bawanbuti handloom cluster, Baswanbigha, from which we crafted our collection, “50+2”, our brainchild. Exploring the classic symbols, Typography, and numerical elements in this design experiment, drawing inspiration from the intricacies of a deck of cards. All in all, the project we are presenting to you is the result of our diligent labor and skilled craftsmen with exceptional abilities.
